First Time Going To The Stadium On Metro-North and Other Yankees News

I'm not sure why this process seems to be so disorganized. I looked online for a schedule for a daytime afternoon game and there was none. I went to Grand Central and there was nothing up about departures to Yankee Stadium so I missed a train. Finally, I asked around and am-hopefully-about to leave for Yankee Stadium-E. 153rd St.

The estimated time of the trip is 13 minutes and the cost to me, a monthly Metro-North ticket holder, is supposed to be nothing. So in time and price it's supposed to be far superior to taking the 4...I'll let you know.

Yankees news- AJ Burnett suspended 6 games. It's a ridiculous suspension. I understand you don't want guys throwing at heads, but are pitchers not allowed to retaliate? He didn't even hit him! I'm sure the Yankees will appeal and I'm pretty sure it should be reduced. But, if not, I guess Hughes could step in and start in Burnett's place.

I took a halfday of work today expecting to see a full Yankees squad for the first time but Jeter, Posada and, most dissapointingly, CC Sabathia, are being replaced by Ramiro Pena, Cervelli and Wang, respectively. Do I get money back? JK

Looking forward to another game at the New Stadium. Hopefully the Yanks put up a little better of an effort than last night on offense. Will report back later with more.
