Super Bowl Prediction

Many people are excited for my Super Bowl prediction because they're going to go and bet the other way now. I have had a pretty horrible year picking games.

The line on this one has sort of settled at 7 points with 46 being the over/under. I think you either have to take the favorite and the under or the underdog and the over if you want both to be right.

I think the Steelers and under 46 is the way to go in this game. The Eagles defense was the best the Cardinals had faced all season...and that was a defense that was subject at times.

The Steelers have a really great defense (both historically and especially this year). Harrison will put some pressure on Warner and Polamalu will prove to be a good match up for Larry Fitzgerald who has looked like Bo Jackson in Techmo Super Bowl this postseason.

That's the one thing the Steelers need to do: make life hell for the Cards' WR. And getting pressure on Warner is another key as he has a tendency to turn over the ball when pressured. The Cards have shown a total disregard for a running game most of this entire season and that shouldn't change much in this game with a superb Steeler run defense. The Steelers have the advantage in almost all aspects of the game except the passing attack. That's not a good sign for a team that blew a huge halftime lead 2 weeks ago against Philly.

Many feel like the most entertaining part of this Super Bowl may be the commercials and I tend to agree.

It's not that I can't see Arizona pulling off the upset, but after 3 upset wins this postseason, they're not going to sneak up on anyone again.

Then again, anything's possible. My "fearless" prediction: Steelers 27 - Cards 17
