I think we should have at least one movie about this guy, though I'm interested to see how Billy Crudup plays him in this upcoming Michael Mann film (what a cast, by the way!).

-I think this whole mass human-capital exodus thing is overblown. Where are people going to find million dollar jobs? Hedge funds? Technology? Internet startups? Public Sector? Maybe Private Equity, but there are only so many jobs there...So I think most people will stay where they get a paycheck.
