A man called 911 because he was stoned and wanted a police escort or a helicopter to a Lil Wayne concert. Although he was smoking weed, this man was not Michael Phelps, Geovany Soto, or Donte' Stallworth. Amazingly, Donte' Stallworth will get 30 days in jail (if that, as Jay discussed) for killing a man with his car while drunk and high, and this guy will probably get more of a punishment for just being a pot-smoking idiot.
