Lundqvist an All Star

Not much surprise, but King Henrik, as reported by Sam Weinman, will be representing the New York Rangers in the All-Star Game. What is surprising is that he has been a Vezina Trophy finalist for 3 years (meaning he was one of the top 3 goalies in the league) and somehow did not make an All-Star game up until this point. Disappointingly for the Rangers, despite his fast start, Lundqvist has slowed down and is letting in too many easy goals. The defense in front of him has not been good at times. But last night was another example of a game where he needs to step up and win it for the Rangers. They're paying him the big bucks, he's shown he can do it in the past, and I just got his jersey for my birthday, so it would be nice to go to a game and enjoy wearing it...
