Breaking news right now on ESPN - A-Rod's brother said the "cyst" on his right hip will require surgery - leaving the slugging third baseman out 10 weeks and forcing him out of the WBC.
The hits just keep coming for A-Rod - I am actually starting to feel kind of bad for this guy. He is getting hit harder than Barry Bonds, and I do not see how it is fair to bury him quite this badly. If he does not return to the game humbled after this latest news there really is no hope for him.
