A bunch of the Yankee writers have talked about how no one was left by the end of last night's game. Well, it probably seemed that way to them, because most people had sought cover underneath the stands and were standing behind the seats close to home plate. The press box is right behind home so they wouldn't be able to see those people. Just saying...
Oh...and I got into a luxury suite last night for the first time ever at either Yankee Stadium. It was beautiful. Will post some more thoughts on that experience later. But at least there they had space heaters and cover.
The people outside did not have the same luxury. So I can understand them seeking cover. But judging by the amount of people heading to the subway after the game, they hadn't left.
